Q4. I am not sure what my needs are.
That depends on whether you are an individual, or an organisation, and what your ideal outcomes are upon completion of the work. We ask you questions in the Initial Contact Form and we also complete an Initial Assesssment to help us decide together on your needs.
Q5. How can you help me?
That depends on whether you are an individual or an organisation and on what we decided during your Initial Assessment. We deliver a multitude of Services and we will decide together what is appropriate for you. Typically, we deliver general and specialist assessments, consultation, psychological interventions, psychotherapy, counselling, coaching, clinical supervision, proffesional training and we organise special events.
Q6. How long will it take?
That is a very idiosyncratic question to answer. In general, it depends on the type of work and the outocomes that were agreed at the begining. In any case, you will be able to have a rough estimation when the work starts. It is also useful to take into account how dynamic the work can be.
Q7. How much will it cost me?
This is subject to a number of parameters. The practionioner you are working with, the kind of the work you are doing, the time period of the work and its length, and its location. You will decide on an estimation at the end of the Initial Assessment.
Q8. What do you mean by "the work is dynamic"?
Life is eccentric and human nature is complex and unique. We do have a need to describe them precisely and control them proficiently. But life happens, and the only way to deal with change is to be flexible. In our work we plan ahead and implement objectives. But additionally, we accept and adapt to change. For example, one’s needs might not be what she initially thought, or she might change her mind and now wish to reformulate goals. Or, what she thought will work, might actually be ineffective and so we will need to go back to the drawing board and try again. Our work is dynamic to account for the eccentricity of life and the complexity of human nature.
Q9. How do we decide changes in the work? (including completion)
Our work is very Dynamic and we do everything collaboratively with you. Throughout the work we discuss options, we offer our professional opinion and we facilitate your decision making with regards to next steps. In this line of thinking, starting, taking a break from, reviewing and redesigning, initiating a new cycle or completing the work is done collaboratively with you and taking into account the complexity of human nature and eccentricities of life. For example, you might have changed your mind about things, you might have misjudged things in the first place, or unforeseen life events might be an impediment to the work. We are determined to account for all that and facilitate your decisions regarding taking productive next steps.
